Söring SONOCA 300

Söring SONOCA 300 – Multifunctional Ultrasonic Surgery System

The Söring SONOCA 300 is a next-generation ultrasonic surgical system used for delicate tissue dissection, coagulation, and aspiration across a wide range of surgical specialties - including neurosurgery, hepatic surgery, and spinal procedures.

The system operates at three frequencies (25, 35, and 55 kHz), allowing the surgeon to select the optimal mode based on the specific tissue type and the complexity of the procedure.

SONOCA 300 - combines ultrasonic energy, irrigation, and aspiration within a single compact platform, providing precise intraoperative control, a clear surgical field, and maximum tissue protection.

System Configuration and Components

The system includes the main generator and footswitch, an aspiration system with a Medela 2000 ml container, a mobile trolley, and specialized instruments designed for different surgical applications:

  • LEVICS – a series of microinstruments for neurosurgery that integrate irrigation and aspiration, enabling precise tumor resection while protecting delicate neural structures.

  • HEPACCS – an instrument module for liver surgery operating with ultrasonic and high-frequency (HF) energy to ensure efficient tissue separation and hemostasis.

  • CoolKnife and CoolRasp – specialized tools for spinal surgery that reduce thermal damage and enhance operative precision.

All components function synchronously on a unified platform, reducing procedure time and improving surgical safety.

Advantages:

  • Precise and safe tissue dissection

  • Three-frequency mode - adaptable to various surgical needs

  • Integrated irrigation and aspiration for optimized surgical visibility

  • Versatile use in neurosurgery, hepatic surgery, and spinal procedures

Söring SONOCA 300 is an advanced surgical technology that brings together precision, safety, and efficiency in every operation.
